The Launch

Hello, I'm O'Dell Bishop., affectionately known since the early 21st Century as The Hungry Texan.  It's a great name, and we've had some fun with it, but have never really brought it to fruition.  But now, as I encounter folks asking to buy my website (TheHungryTexan.com)  it motivates me to capitalize further on this concept that I've played with for so many years.  And now, to shore up my fortification, I've come here to start this blog, having to add a 1 because the original without it is a deserted site from a mere 4 years ago and establish here and now,  I am the original Hungry Texan food site, and I'm gonna show y'all what I got.  Thanks to everyone for your support, more to come, here, and at the .com.. stay tuned!
